Become an Intern

Charlie O’s Photography is currently looking for interns to help with his photography business in Arvada, Colorado.  This is an unpaid internship, but all interns will have the opportunity to learn about photography and other aspects of the photography business!

Eligibility: To be eligible for this internship, you must currently be enrolled at an accredited college or have had several semesters of photography in your high school. You must have some knowledge in digital photography and have some Photoshop experience.  This is a great opportunity if you are an upcoming senior because I will apply hours worked to your package for your pictures…also, you can help recruit your friends and be able to help in taking their pictures.

Type of Work: The type of work will vary depending on the background of the participant and the work that is needed at the time. This work could include any of the following: Assisting Charlie with senior portraits, family portraits and weddings.  Being a second shooter at sporting events, weddings and other events. Working on photos in Photoshop, Lightroom and other applications.

Length of Internship: To complete an internship, participants will be asked to work at least 120 hours. If you need a certain number of hours for school credit, your internship can be customized to meet the required hours. Internships can be part time for the entire summer or full time for part of the summer.
